Aaron Marzwell is a landlord and real estate developer in Los Angeles, California. He began his real estate career in 2007, joining private equity real estate investor and developer CIM Group as an associate before he advanced to the position of vice president of development. In 2013, Aaron Marzwell founded APPA Real Estate as a real estate investment and development firm driven by methodical investment strategies.
In addition to overseeing all strategies and daily operations in his role as the company’s chief executive officer, Mr. Marzwell serves on the Investment and Management Committees of APPA Real Estate. Throughout his career, he has developed expertise in various areas of the real estate industry, including impact investing, workforce housing, and co-living.
Aaron Marzwell studied political science at the University of California, Los Angeles, graduating with a bachelor of science in 2000. He later earned a master’s degree in real estate development at Columbia University in New York City.
